Once the design and quotation are approved, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Customers who choose not to proceed with production can avail only our design services and are free to purchase products elsewhere based on our designs.

All designs and 3D visualizations provided by Fitout Story remain our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

We provide warranties on materials and installation, as specified in your agreement.
Fitout Story is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or third-party vendors.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India.
